Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control. We use Royal Mail and trusted UK courier partners to fulfil all orders.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery option. Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders — check the checkout for current promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at apexcaresupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
