Apex Care 30-Day Return Policy

At Apex Care, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

📦 Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🔄 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used earplugs or opened items that have been worn

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
